Frequently asked questions about AVGS
AVGS ist die Abkürzung für Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein und ist ein Instrument der Arbeitsmarktförderung der Arbeitsagentur und Jobcenter zur Förderung von Bildungsmaßnahmen. Aktuell existieren fünf unterschiedliche AVGS-Ziele - geregelt im §45 des SGB III - für Maßnahmen zur Aktivierung und beruflichen Eingliederung:
- Heranführung an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt und Feststellung, Verringerung oder Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen
- Vermittlung in eine versicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung
- Heranführung an eine selbständige Tätigkeit
- Stabilisierung einer Beschäftigungsaufnahme
Voraussetzung für einen AVGS ist, dass Sie arbeitssuchend bei der Agentur für Arbeit oder dem Jobcenter gemeldet sind. Am besten sprechen Sie direkt Ihren Arbeitsvermittler auf einen AVGS an. Einen gesetzlichen Anspruch auf einen AVGS gibt es jedoch nicht.
Haben Sie von Ihrer Arbeitsagentur oder dem Jobcenter einen AVGS zum Coaching erhalten, entstehen Ihnen grundsätzlich keine Kosten. Voraussetzung ist, dass das Unternehmen, bei dem Sie den AVGS einlösen wollen, über eine AZAV Zertifizierung verfügt (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung), ebenso müssen die Maßnahmen nach AZAV zugelassen sein. Nur dann kann auch Ihr AVGS bei diesem Unternehmen eingelöst werden.
